Behind every meaningful therapy session is a lot of coordination, scheduling, and logistics, and that’s where I come in. As the Office Administrator, I handle the operational heart of our clinic, making sure everything runs smoothly so you feel supported from your very first email or phone call.
I know that reaching out for help takes genuine courage, and the administrative side of healthcare can sometimes feel cold or overwhelming. My goal is to change that. I bring a blend of clear communication, deep empathy, and a lighthearted, human touch to help make your intake process as seamless and stress-free as possible. Whether I’m answering your billing questions, coordinating appointments, or welcoming you into the waiting room, I’m here to make sure you feel heard, respected, and comfortable.
Think of me as your steady point of contact for all the behind-the-scenes support you need. Outside the office, I’m usually hunting down vintage vinyl, catching up on my comic book backlog, and appreciating the rhythm of a good textook.

What is the best piece of advice you have received?
I’ll keep this simple and clean, it would be to remember who I am and what I’m worth whenever I find myself in a difficult situation. “Keep on keeping on”.
Or to keep it simple and Zoomer,“Pick your head up, king/queen. Your crown is falling.”
If you could have a day all to yourself, what would you do?
I’d love to say something fantastical about how I would spend my entire day cafe-hopping, trying out new cooking recipes, or doing something cute and relaxing, but in all honesty, I’d probably spend my entire day reading my comic book backlog and listening to my vinyl/CD collection.
What is a book you could read again for the first time?
I can’t just pick one book out of the hundreds I’ve read, but if I really have to, it would have to be “The Last Olympian” by Rick Riordan. And this is going to sound ridiculous but it’s completely true. From when I was 11 years old to around 14 or 15, I would read TLO from start to finish at least twice a week. It was my comfort novel.
If you could describe yourself in 3 words, what would they be?
Intense, Direct, yet Lighthearted. I pride myself on being a comedian who can occasionally be serious.
If you could have a superpower to help our clients, what would it be?
Empathy. I want the ability to instantly understand what someone is feeling without them having to struggle to find the words.
If you wrote a book about your life, what would the title be?
Impulses. Like “Meditations” by Marcus Aurelius, but it’s just me stumbling into good, bad, funny, dire, and romantic situations just by being impulsive.
What is personal walk-up or entrance theme song?
“Enter Sandman” by Metallica. I genuinely believe it’s the perfect song to walk-out to on any occasion (even weddings). It makes me feel like I'm Michael Jordan in Game 7 of the 1998 NBA Finals.
